Nicole D'Agostino has been dancing for over 35 years and has attended some of the most prestigious programs in New York. She trained at the Joffrey Ballet School and continued on to become a graduate of Fiorello H. La Guardia High School of the Performing Arts, where she was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in Dance. She then went on to become a scholarship recipient to New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where she obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Throughout her education she has been taught by and has danced with some of the most well-known dance companies in the country. She is certified in PBT Progressing Ballet Technique and has most recently attended the Mather Dance Company Teachers Intensive in Los Angeles. She has received numerous Performing Arts Awards, Outstanding Choreography Awards, and has been recognized by the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts for her excellence in Dance Education and Mentorship.

Michelle Caputo is a graduate of Fiorello H. La Guardia High School of the Performing Arts, she continues now to dance at a professional level. Her extensive background in dance had led her to be named a New York Knicks City Dancer. After her second season, she was named team MVP and was later named team Captain. While dancing for the Knicks, Michelle was also a member of the New York Liberty Torch Patrol. During her second season, she performed as team Captain and was also the team's Coach and Choreographer. Michelle has also been a featured artist at Broadway Dance Center on multiple occasions. She has won numerous awards competing at a national level and has been chosen by Body Wrappers Dancewear to model in their catalog. Her talents have taken her around the globe for guest appearances and she has appeared in many television commercials. She is a true performer in every sense of the word and has endless knowledge in all areas of dance.

Criscia Nicole Long attended Long Island School of the Arts where she began preparing for her professional career as a dance major. She then went on to receive her BFA in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. While at VCU Criscia was fortunate enough to become a member of the first black Greek sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority incorporated, where she led her step team as step mistress. She was also captain of her dance team. After obtaining her degree she immediately began to dive into the world of live performance. She began her dance career cruising around the world dancing with Carnival cruise lines. Once she finished her contract and came back to the states she was fortunate enough to get signed to one of New York’s best dance agencies MSA. Once signed, Criscia's dance career officially took off. She was able to book big campaigns with amazing companies such as Nike. She was a part of the opening Christmas cast at Walt Disney World. She toured Australia as dance captain for Lil' Kim’s tour. She worked with the one and only Madonna on her Cîroc campaign at Highland Ballroom. She also worked with Pharrell at the 2014 All-star games and again for his google campaign. Criscia was also a Vegas finalist for So You Think You Can Dance, seasons 5 & 6. Her experience has expanded to television where she performed on shows like “Lip Sync Battle”, “Glee”,

“The Get Down” and “America’s Got Talent”

Allyson Acerra was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. She has been dancing competitively since the age of 6 years old and was a member of Dance Factory’s company for 11 years. She went on to join St. John’s University’s division 1 dance team and was captain for 3 years, during which the team won a national title and first place at UDA collegiate dance competition. She is currently working with a local high school dance team as well as a ConfiDance instructor and is continuing to pursue her love of dance by teaching all ages and levels at The Dance Factory.
